There is a large food preparation kitchen for the animals and a walk in chill fridge.

The park also has its own dedicated hospital and nursery area for the animals.

Gift shops are a must on any park for the extra revenue that they can produce. This fully stocked shop is perfectly positioned on entry and exit.  Very popular with all the visitors.

The park comes with a separate detached villa  with  3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dinning area, kitchen and utility area villa. This is set within  a secluded area of the park. There is also a private office adjacent to the villa.

One of the most popular areas of the park is the parrot theatre, where shows take place throughout the day. This is a 200 seated theatre which is situated next to the bar and cafeteria where the customers can refresh themselves with a cool drink and a good range of snacks and meals.

This theatre can also be used for private functions and parties.

There are offices and plenty of storage rooms around the park both open and covered. There are also fully equipped workshops within the park.
